If you’re trying Lumi for the first time and your cat or dog simply won’t eat it, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@lumi.pet.
For eligible first-time purchases, we may offer a replacement recipe, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
To help us process your request, we may ask for:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of the product
- Feedback about your pet’s experience
To ensure fairness, the Lumi Love It Guarantee:
- Applies to first-time purchases only
- Is limited to one claim per household
- Does not apply to fully consumed products
